North Ranga is a multi-disciplined property development company providing innovative property development solutions to power intensive occupiers across continental Europe.

The company is a joint venture between West Ranga Property Group and North Ventures.

Environmental, Sustainability and Governance (ESG)

With cutting-edge technological knowledge and progressive innovative design, North Ranga are market leaders in building sustainability.

All developments undertaken by the company are fully decarbonised and adopt optimal renewable technologies ( ASHP, GSHP, WSHP, Underfloor Heating, Solar PV, Rainwater Harvesting, Wind Turbines).

Whether developing directly, or on behalf of one of our partners, North Ranga calculate the embodied carbon within in the construction process and tailor design and material procurement to offset and reach a carbon neutral position.

Embodied carbon is only one half of the equation. Building utility and operational carbon targets over the lifecycle of the property play a vital role in achieving sustainability goals.

In this regard, Iceland provides a unique solution to occupiers by offering  100% renewable carbon neutral power.

Whilst some occupiers are still concerned with deviation from existing technologies, the majority now see the ESG benefits of an efficient sustainable operation.

The Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) agenda will continue to dominate decision-making in the years ahead.
