Stefan Sigurdsson
Director
Stefan is a former CEO of Vodafone Iceland (NasdaqOMX: Syn), former Managing Director of Islandsbanki’s Investment Management Division and Strategic Development.
He has 15 years of executive management experience spanning sectors including Telecoms & Infrastructure, Investment Management & Banking and related industries.
Under his leadership, Vodafone Iceland co-led the greenfield build-up of the first Tier 3 DC in Reykjavik as part of a consortium in 2018-2019.
Stefan currently serves as a chairman and board member of several companies as well as providing advisory and venture development.
Thorsteinn Gunnarsson
Director
Thorsteinn is a former CEO of Opin Kerfi (Sole Distributer of Hewlett Packard and Systems Provider (SP) to Cisco/Microsoft in Iceland).
Responsible for overall SP and local DC services in Iceland for multi-national corporates including BMW and Volkswagen.
Under Thorsteinn’s leadership, Opin Kerfi co-led the greenfield build-up of the first Tier 3 Data Centre in Reykjavik as part of a consortium in 2018-2019.
Thorsteinn has been a driver in the Icelandic Business and Startup Community, active in board membership, advisory, mentoring and development.
Jamie Parratt
Director
Jamie qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000 whilst working for NAI Gooch Webster (now Colliers CRE). He then joined Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) where he co-managed the property element of the Lloyds Group Pension Scheme and the Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust (AIPUT) with total property assets of c.£1.5Bn.
Subsequently, Jamie joined Stockland Plc where he was responsible for the acquisition of development and investment opportunities across Scotland and the North of England.
Jamie has been instrumental in growing West Ranga Property into one of the UK’s most dynamic and innovative property companies.
Erik Koberling
Director
Erik holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Leiden. He is a proven entrepreneur who has been instrumental in the launch of numerous successful business ventures across many different sectors,
In 2021, Erik decided to focus on his passion for commercial property investment and development and joined West Ranga.
Erik is based out of Berlin and is responsible for the identification and acquisition of property developments and investments across Western Europe.
Adam Shaw
Director
Adam began his surveying career in Lambert Smith Hampton’s Edinburgh office and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002. He held further senior roles with DTZ and Knight Frank before co-founding Burns & Shaw LLP.
The firm provides occupational, development and investment advice across all sectors with clients including Aberforth Partners, London & Oriental, Mapeley, BUPA, Blackrock Land (Uk) Ltd, C&W Assets, Hansteen Holdings Plc, Henderson Global Investors, Peveril Securities and UBS.
